It seems like stuff that used to be available in the free version got taken away and I didn't even notice. Is this no longer possible in the free version? The fact that I ask shows how little I use it.

Search in Office doc and attachments - This was in Evernote from the beginning. Turn notes into presentations, view previous versions of notes, annotate attached PDFs - I have not yet had a reason to do these. Maybe it's easier with the premium version. The plan limits you to a 25MB note size and 60MB monthly upload limit. You can sync up to two devices, use tags and search to find notes, apply rich formatting, and clip web pages. And can't I do this even on the free version? Scanning is easy and I get a jpg or something and I upload to Evernote. Evernote offers free and paid versions of its app with the following features and costs: The Basic plan is free. Scan and digitize business cards - I am not a salesperson or even good at networking and rarely exchange business cards. It's not something I really need, though, and I would never pay for it. They used to have that in the free version. The email-to-Evernote functionality is nice. Since then I have been wondering what, if anything, I can do with Evernote Premium that I actually want to do.

EVERNOTE PREMIUM UPGRADE

(This has been the case in the past couple of weeks.)ДЄ month ago I went to an Evernote meetup, and they gave out door prizes and I got a 6-month upgrade to Evernote Premium. And I use it to store and organize URLs, facts, and ideas for websites I am producing, so when I am actively doing that, I am in Evernote every day. But I use it to store information I will need in the future. I am always surprised by people who claim their live their lives through Evernote and use it for to-do lists or to plan projects. I have had an Evernote account since 2009.

Evernote premium
